Top Blogs for New Managers

A Year In Review: The Top 5 Blog Posts of 2024

Dec 31, 2024

Since my very last blog post of the year falls on the very last day of the year, it seems only fitting to do a round up the top 5 posts from the past year.

Before I dig into the top posts, I will say that writing blog posts was something I found surprisingly enjoyable in the last year. When I initially launched The New Leader Studio, I hadn’t really intended to start writing blogs. But once I started the writing process, I found myself really enjoying it.

But since writing in this format is still very, very new to me, I am still finding my style and have yet to find a good balance of personality, fun, informative, and relevant.

So, one of the many things I intend to focus on in the new year will be to have more fun with my writing and inject more of my personality into my blogs.

Can you make the topic of leadership skills fun and interesting? I think so!

I have a lot planned for the new year and better blog posts is just one of the things I’ll be providing you in the coming year!

But without further adieu, here are the top 5 blog posts from 2024!
